been trying to sign up for a free trial account for the past few hours. on entering the code received on the email, it throws up errors.

Sometimes the emails do get backed up. If it's been over 3 hours and you haven't received the email, you can try reaching out to customer support who should be able to sign you up.

If you haven't already you can call Sales or Customer Support.
Otherwise, if you PM me the emails you are using I can check with the team. (click on my username then see the message button on the upper right-hand side).

I'm facing the exact same issue. I've been attempting to sign up for a free trial account for Gotowebinar and Gotomeeting for the past few hours, but each time I enter the code received via email, it keeps throwing errors.
