New GoTo Webinar popups and reactions

Hello !

enjoying the new goto webinar experience here;  however my team has said that the notification pop up for when someone arrives or leaves that pop up in the corner of the window  is a distraction  during the presentation.  Is there a way to turn this off  so that we do not see when people leave or arrive? I check the settings and did find anything that looked like it would adjust this feature ?

Also in the setting when you turn off hand raise , it also removes the reactions . We would like to turn off hand-raise but still allow people to react. With the type of presentation we do ,  it does not make sense for people to raise their hand because we do not give mic or video permissions  but allow them to ask questions so we use the questions box. please advice s thanks

Re: New GoTo Webinar popups and reactions

@MelissaF thanks for your feedback on the new app and GoTo Webinar.

At the moment there isn't a way to disable the pop-ups, but we have called this need out to the team and it will be ajusted soon.

For the second point, you are right you can't currently turn off the hand raise feature while keeping the reactions. Your feedback on why this is important has been shared with the team. Thanks again for your input!
